Ni’Dira Moore (President/Chief Operating Officer)

Ni’Dira Moore began her career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2015, building a strong foundation in hands-on patient care. Her experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals requiring in-home care.

As President and Chief Operating Officer at PrimeCare Health Services, LLC, Ni’Dira oversees the implementation of treatment plans, ensures operational efficiency, and coordinates between staff, clients, and families to deliver exceptional, personalized support. She monitors patient progress, facilitates communication with licensed healthcare professionals when adjustments to care plans are necessary, and maintains the highest standards across all aspects of service delivery.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and empathetic approach, Ni’Dira is committed to fostering a positive environment for clients and caregivers. Her dual leadership roles allow her to ensure that PrimeCare Health Services consistently provides high-quality, compassionate home care.

Rachell Phillips (APRN) FNP-BC

Rachell is a valued partnered provider through Anthem Medical Care,PLLC, bringing extensive experience and expertise to support our clients. She began her career as direct care staff in a group home, working with adults with behavioral and special needs. Her passion for healthcare and patient advocacy led her to pursue advanced education, becoming a Registered Nurse and later an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), FNP-BC.

Throughout her career, Rachell has held a variety of leadership and clinical roles, including Chief Nursing Officer in a psychiatric hospital, Director of Nursing in a county jail, nursing instructor, and ICU nurse in an inner-city hospital. Her wide-ranging experience spans direct patient care, leadership, education, and specialized healthcare settings.

Dr. Michell Mulberry, DNP, APRN-BC

Dr. Michell Mulberry is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Mulberry Mobile Provider Services, LLC. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Walden University in July 2018 and has been serving patients as an Adult Nurse Practitioner since 2012.

With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Mulberry is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare with a focus on accessibility, compassion, and excellence. Through her company, she strives to ensure that individuals and families receive the highest standard of care in the comfort of their communities.

Dr. Mulberry is also a valued partnered provider through Mulberry Mobile Provider Services, LLC, further extending her mission to expand healthcare access and deliver services where they are most needed.
